I am at peace with myself.

Even though I make mistakes, I forgive myself and move on. Mistakes help me grow because I learn from them. I am happy with who I am and what I achieve. I am a good person, and I deserve inner peace.

I wake up feeling refreshed and peaceful because I sleep soundly through the night. I rest well knowing that I am entitled to happiness.

Striving for perfection is unrealistic. I only aim for practical, attainable goals. Each day I accomplish a little more, and get closer to the life I know I deserve. I have a strong sense of well-being, and I know that I can be the best possible version of myself.

My inner peace grows rapidly because I harbor only love in my heart. I forgive those who upset me.

With empathy, I easily notice the feelings of others. I typically know just what to say to brighten someone’s day. When I bring laughter and joy to others, I feel peace deep within.

I determine how life’s challenges affect me. Optimism comes naturally to me. My positive perception of the world helps me spot opportunities.

Today, I choose to release my mental burdens. I forgive those who have hurt me, and I reach out to those I have harmed. I choose peace over conflict. My inner peace grows and I become stronger with each day.
